Tuntro Mbik Ner (/ˈtuntro/ /mbik/ [rich] [disgust]) is a subtropical Town located in the Ithjegrö Moot of the Viceroyalty of Rosid.

The name Tuntro Mbik Ner is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Tuntro Mbik Ner was founded by Zlepî Ghuvnaget, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Climate

Tuntro Mbik Ner has a yearly average temperature of 12°C (53°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 25°C (77°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a freezing 0°C (32°F). Tuntro Mbik Ner receives an average of 151 cm/y (59 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Overview

Tuntro Mbik Ner was founded durring the late 16th century in summer of the year 1564, by Zlepî Ghuvnaget. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Tuntro Mbik Ner was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Tuntro Mbik Ner is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

Tuntro Mbik Ner is buildings are speckled and packed arround crampt flagstone streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the town's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a town. The town sits comfortably behind a palisade wall complete with a timber gatehouse and battlments. Unfortuantly, these timber-based walls are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

Tuntro Mbik Ner has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Tuntro Mbik Ner ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up.

Civic Infrastructure

Tuntro Mbik Ner has an animal control department which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the control, impoundment, and disposition of animals.

Tuntro Mbik Ner has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Tuntro Mbik Ner's natural decorations nor waterways.

Cultural Notes

Two or more groups of citizens within Tuntro Mbik Ner hate each other. Their neighbors or the local law have kept things from too-overt violence, but members of the groups will constantly interfere with their rivals and cause whatever misery they can get away with. This hate may spring from recent events, or it may be an inherited spite from old wrongs.

Tuntro Mbik Ner's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is admittedly strange and non-linear style rooted in defiance of symmetrical shapes. It championed the creation of buildings with a unique visual appearance. the structural norms of classic buildings and deforms or moves away from elementary architectural principles. By including non-linear designs processed into its buildings and favoring fragmentation, this style expressed a form of controlled chaos. Its buildings appear out-of-the-ordinary, draw the eye in immediately and sometimes create a feeling of strangeness. These distorted shapes and structure are not reserved to the building’s outer facade, they destabilize interior elements too, favoring minimalism and play on people’s perceptions by injecting a futuristic touch.

Due to the actions of local Kami, summer is recurring in Tuntro Mbik Ner.

The Sylph near Tuntro Mbik Ner are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.

Tuntro Mbik Ner's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves ritual combat to channel Necromancy energies of tier 2 via chanting.
